Mockingbird
State Bird of Tennessee | The
Tennessee Orntithological Society was founded in 1915 to promote the enjoyment,
scientific study, and conservation of birds. The TOS publishes a quarterly journal,
The Migrant, and a newsletter, The
Tennessee Warbler, and holds statewide meetings. It is also a federation
of local chapters which hold regular meetings and field
trips.
