Neotropical Spring Count Totals
2000-2005

Spring counts were conducted at the Warner Parks 1972-2005 as part of the Nashville Chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society Spring Count. The area was censused via the trail and road system. In the period 2000-2005, an average of 75 species were counted of which 38 species (50.7%) were neotropical. There were 1,824 neotropical individuals counted for an average of 304 individuals per count. Warblers totaled 413 birds for an average of 69 birds per count.
