IBA Sites

There are 29 sites that have been voted as Important Bird Area (IBA) sites in Tennessee. These sites are listed below and in the side bar by the three grand divisions in Tennessee--West, Middle, and East. In four cases, a site serves as an umbrella for more than one location--Mississippi Alluvial Valley in Tennessee, Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge, Chickamauga Lake, and Southern Blue Ridge.
